Project Purpose
Any number of people together in the local community could work together to find out more about making food more exciting and work towards the creation of a national food symbol for Wales.
Find out about making food more interesting by
looking at local food history
re-creating dishes which have died out
cooking and eating together
creating new dishes
spreading the word about what they are doing
considering the impact that correct diet has on health
improving their health
considering the impact of fast food on family life and society and
doing something about it
Work towards the creation of a national food symbol for Wales because
Scotland has its haggis
England has its roast beef and Yorkshire pudding
and
Wales - well - a variety. Over to you!
